Step 3: Send a message to this page with your full name to get your login credentials.

The National Certified Bookkeeper (NCB) requires a business background and at least 6 units of basic accounting credits. The Certified Junior Bookkeeper (CJB) is open to high school graduates, non-business undergraduates, and professionals from various fields. No other pre-requisites required.

Passers are posted on the ACTI official Facebook page within 1 - 5 days after the examination. You will also receive your official rating via email. Membership certificate and ID are usually delivered within 1 to 3 weeks once they have been handed over to our courier partner.

For renewing membership, you may click the "HOW TO RENEW" link and follow the instructions. If you encounter difficulties, you can call 0917 - 130 - 3046 or message our Facebook page, and our admin team will guide you through the process.

You can check on the "Membership Verification" tab of the website. Membership is valid for two years from issuance or renewal. You can check the expiration date on your ID card. Newly issued certificates have an embedded QR code. Old members without a QR code may call 0917 - 130 - 3046 or message our Facebook page for assistance.
